Classes and Activities

 The Two Rivers YMCA offers a variety of classes and activities to suit all ages and fitness levels! Join our nationally recognized water fitness team for fun and exercise in the pools. Water exercise reduces stress on the joints, strengthens and tones muscles, reduces muscle soreness, enhances circulation and promotes flexibility. We offer many forms of land fitness exercise as well. For a great cardio workout, try Cycling, Zumba or Cardio Sculpt. For strength, stretching and flexibility try Yoga, Pilates or Fitness Fusion. Classes are listed by age level (Preschool, Youth 5-18 and Adult) and then by category (Aquatics, Sports, Wellness).

Next session begins August 18, 2008. Member registration begins August 4th. Community Registration begins August 11th.
