Classes and Activities

 The Two Rivers YMCA offers a variety of classes and activities to suit all ages and fitness levels! Join our nationally recognized water fitness team for fun and exercise in the pools. Water exercise reduces stress on the joints, strengthens and tones muscles, reduces muscle soreness, enhances circulation and promotes flexibility. We offer many forms of land fitness exercise as well. For a great cardio workout, try Cycling, Zumba or Cardio Sculpt. For strength, stretching and flexibility try Yoga or Pilates. Classes are listed in the Program Guide by age level (Preschool, Youth 5-18 and Adult) and then by category (Aquatics, Sports, Wellness).
