Margaret Davis

Member Services Director

Margaret joined the Two Rivers YMCA in 1999. As the Member Services Director, Margaret is responsible for providing members and guest with an exceptional YMCA experience. Margaret and her team connect members to the Y programs and classes that align to personal health and wellbeing goals.

Margaret is the recipient of the 2015 Membership Director of the Year presented by the Illinois State Alliance of YMCAs. She has been recognized for excellence with the Two Rivers YMCA Gold Star Quality Award and the Outstanding Leadership Award. She holds YMCA certifications in Group Work, Principles & Practices, Volunteerism, 3 R's of Membership Development, Membership by Design, Customer Service, Front Desk Management & Supervision.

Margaret loves meeting new people, talking to people and helping people. Each day is different and has challenges, but that is what makes it so interesting and rewarding. 

In her spare time, Margaret loves to cook, golf, play racquetball, play cards and all types of games. She enjoys spending time with loved ones, family and friends. She says, “laughing is the best form of therapy.”
