Curious about what you’re doing right or need to improve on? Considering a new eating plan? These 8 workshops will change how you think about food by explaining the relationship between food, exercise, and results. Whether you are looking to increase muscle mass, lose weight, tone what you have, or just work on your overall eating habits to be healthy inside and out, this series is for you.
