All group exercise classes "on land" are FREE to YMCA members and group exercise classes "in water" are $39 for a 10-class aquatic punch pass. All classes are open to ages 13 years and older. Ages 8-12 who have passed a Youth Wellness Orientation may participate at the discretion of the instructor.

COVID-19 Note: While we are in Phase 2 of our reopening plan all group exercise classes are limited in size to allow for adequate social distancing. To keep track of the number of participants we are temporarily requiring that you make a free reservation through our app. Reservations are available 48 hours in advance.

 

Group Exercise Classes "on land"

Free with membership, our land-based group exercise classes offer a variety of options for fun and fitness. From relaxing stretching and strengthening to heart-pounding cardio action, you can find a class that makes exercise anything but routine. 
 


 

 


Group Exercise Classes "in water"

Take advantage of the buoyancy of water to enhance physical fitness. Water exercise increases physical strength and endurance without putting stress and strain on joints. Swimmers and non-swimmers alike can take part in water exercise classes from relaxing yoga-like movements in the warm pool to high energy movements in the deep end of the cool pool.

Drop in on any aquatic group exercise class with the purchase of an Aquatic Punch Pass.
Members can purchase a 10-class punch pass for $39, and the community can purchase a 5-class punch pass for $50
