Chronic Disease Prevention Programs

FOR HEALTHY LIVING

Chronic Diseases, like heart disease, cancer, stroke, or diabetes, affect 3 out of 5 Americans. Chronic Disease Prevention Programs at the YMCA offer both physical and emotional support for those living with a chronic disease. Thanks to many donors, these programs are provided to participants for free or at a low cost.

Mark your calendars and get your gear for the October 5th launch of our fall group exercise programs!
