Can I use a Guest Pass at Riverside Riverslide?

No, they can only be used at the Rock Island, Moline-East Moline and Kewanee YMCA facilities.  Riverside Riverslide is not a branch of the Two Rivers YMCA so the guest pass policy and other short term membership types, like a weekly membership, do not apply.

What if I have a balance on my Two Rivers YMCA account?

Only members with accounts in good standing will be eligible for Free admission to Riverside Riverslide.  If your account has a balance due, those fees will need to be paid before entry into Riverside Riverslide.

Can I use another Y Membership for entry?

I’m a member of the Iowa Mississippi Valley YMCA (Or another YMCA other than a Two Rivers YMCA) do I get in with my Y Membership?

No.  Since Riverside Riverside is not a YMCA facility and has an agreement with the Two Rivers YMCA, only members of a Two Rivers YMCA branch will be in with their YMCA membership.  Two Rivers YMCA branches include the Moline-East Moline YMCA, Rock Island YMCA, Kewanee YMCA and Bass Street YMCA.  All other Y members will pay general admission for entry.

I’m a Two Rivers YMCA Member, how do I check into Riverside Riverslide?

All Two Rivers YMCA Members will check in using their bar code found on the YMCA 360 App or by using the keypad located at the YMCA check in counter.  This is the same process as checking in at the YMCA Facilities.

What if I become a Y Member after paying General Admission?

I’m not a Two River YMCA Member and I just paid general admission.  Can I become a Two Rivers YMCA Member and get my admission cost for the day covered?
We encourage everyone to become a Two Rivers YMCA Member.  That’s why we are offering to reimburse you for your daily visit to Riverside Riverslide by showing us your receipt for your entry to Riverside Riverslide when you sign up.  Offer is only valid for 1 days admission, up to a $60 value, the cost of a typical Family Membership.

Where do I find pool hours and get updates on closures?

All information related to hours, facility updates, etc will be communicated through the Moline Parks and Recreation Department.  It is advised to follow their social media accounts and website for updated information.
