This is Phil Senatra.
At 90 years old he makes is a habit to exercise at the Y 3-4 times a week.
After a time with heart issues and graduating from cardiac rehab Phil does almost 2 hours of cardio and strength training when he is here.
Phil loves that coming to the Y gets him "out of the house" and gets him "activated" for the day. The camaraderie in the Health Improvement Center keeps him coming back for more!
