Two Rivers YMCA’S Official Statement on COVID-19
Valued Members and Families,
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we have navigated the evolving public health crisis caused by COVID-19. Our goal, as always, is serving our members and community in a safe and healthy way as governmental recommendations continue to be released.
We are thrilled to announce a “soft opening” on a limited basis at our 53rd street, Moline facility on Monday, June 1st. Stay tuned for the release of our plans and procedures on Thursday, May 28th at 4:00 pm.
Our staff continue to evaluate every opportunity to serve our community as a cause-driven organization. The YMCA is a community benefit, non-profit organization and your membership and program fees are the foundation of our work.
We continue to run the Essential Childcare Program and licenced Preschool for families of essential workers, perform wellness checks on our most at-risk members, provide virtual workouts online, virtually conduct youth mentoring programs, and plan ahead for our reopening.
We want to thank our Y community for the support over the last several weeks. We know it has been challenging for all. THANK YOU for continuing to support us as we strive to be there for YOU and our community.
