Meet Taylor McGill

Meet Taylor McGill, 14 years old, he has completed the Youth Orientation and Level 2 Strength Orientation.

When we asked him why he likes working out, he said "Well, because I would like to keep fit for sports and just to keep fit in general. When you're big it's not healthy for your body and you're not able to do much." We asked him which exercises he likes best, he said "Leg exercises, because I will be able to run faster."
